A native to Orleans, Matt has over 5 years experience climbing, limbing, and felling trees part time at numerous residential properties.  He has been driving commercial vehicles for more than 20 years as a Class B CDL driver.  Matt has worked a combined 5 years for moving companies on Cape Cod (Magnum Moving and Storage) and in Seattle (Hansen Brothers Moving and Storage).  Matt spent the last 15 years working at Nauset Disposal, starting out as a route driver and working his way up to Operations Manager.  Matt lives in Orleans with his wife Brielle and their sons Wyatt (8) and Milo (4).

Spencer was born and raised here on Cape Cod, spending most of his childhood living on the Outer Cape. Spencer joined the Army in 2005 where he served 8 years as an Infantryman and deployed multiple times to the Middle East to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After a successful military career, Spencer moved back to the Cape in search of work at great local company and found Nauset Disposal. During his 9 years with the company, Spencer's experience included lead Residential Driver, Residential Manager, and Operations.  Spencer prides himself on his work ethic and willingness to help others.  In 2017, he won the Cape Cod & Plymouth Business "40 under 40" Award while working with military non-profits on the Cape.  Spencer lives in Centerville with his son Deegan (8) and dog Trooper.
